Kareero is an immersive mobile experience developed to introduce students to various career paths within the agriculture industry. Through a series of time-based challenges, students explore six career categories based on the Holland Code (RIASEC) model: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. The app tracks user choices and actions to reveal interest areas, helping students uncover their purpose-driven career paths. Key features include: - Interactive interest assessment through gameplay. - Results consistent with internationally trusted career models. - Scorecards highlighting strengths and suggesting agricultural careers. - Teacher codes for classroom data compilation and streamlined programming.
The Kareero app increased awareness of opportunities within the agriculture industry and gave students insight into their own strengths and preferences through interactive activities. At the end of the experience, each student received a tailored scorecard with a personalized analysis and recommended agricultural career paths suited to their skill set.
